Semi-automatic powder filling equipment uses a microcontroller along with an auger screw electronic weighing measurement mode. It has functions like count, clear material, automatic quantification, automatic filling, automatic mistake repair, and others.
The machine for filling powder is appropriate for condiments, natural flavouring, food additives, flavours, and fragrances, flour, milk powder, protein powder, solid drinks, sugar, monosodium glutamate, pesticides, veterinary drugs, detergents, enzymes, feed additives, chemicals, new building materials, and other powder (powder, superfine powder), mixing powder materials quantitative packaging, and quantitative filling.
The compact, self-supporting, single-head Auger type powder filling machine is semi-automatic and has height adjustment. The machine is precisely constructed on a sturdy MS. frame that has been carefully covered in SS. The top plate supports the powder filling unit, which is mounted on the pillars and height-adjustable. Containers that have already been cleaned are set up on the filling machine platform. When the bottle is detected by the bottle sensor, the Auger Shaft-mounted magnetic clutch begins to rotate. After the bottle has been filled and is ready for sealing, the Auger will add the desired amount of Powder to the container.

Automatic Single & Double Hopper Filling Machine
The entering dry bottle and sterilised bottle are fed through the infeed turntable and properly directed on the moving flat conveyor belt at the desired feeding speed. On the top plate of the machine, two different filling heads are mounted simultaneously. The pneumatic bottle holder will hold the bottle when it gets to the first filling station. As soon as the bottle sensor receives data from the sensor, the magnetic clutch attached on the auger shaft begins to revolve, immediately causing it to be detected. The necessary quantity of powder will be added to the bottle by an auger after the rotation time has been previously saved in PLC control.
The pneumatic piston returns after filling the first bottle, releasing it to move on the conveyor at the same time that the second bottle, which is empty, is also moving. The identical procedure will be carried out in the second filling head, but this time the second bottle will be filled and the first bottle will move on to the subsequent procedure. The primary benefit of this machine is that the pneumatic bottle holding system is directly linked to the spinning of the auger. As a result, the bottle won’t be released until the powder fill level has been reached as specified by the pneumatic system.
